Heureux d’avoir pris part aux différents panels particulièrement riches et consacrés à la question des infrastructures et comment mobiliser les financements.
Les échanges ont mis en lumière les mécanismes de financement innovants mis en œuvre par le Maroc, ainsi que les initiatives structurantes portées par la Côte d’Ivoire et l’Afrique de l’Ouest, notamment autour de projets d’envergure comme l’autoroute Abidjan–Lagos.
Au-delà des aspects techniques, les discussions ont souligné de belles perspectives de coopération entre la France et l’Afrique, mais aussi entre le Maroc et les pays de la CEDEAO, dans une logique de complémentarité et de co-développement.
Le rôle croissant du secteur privé, des banques de développement et des investisseurs institutionnels dans la structuration et la sécurisation de ces projets est plus que jamais déterminant.
Un grand merci aux panelistes pour la qualité et la profondeur de leurs interventions.

I am delighted to have taken part in the various particularly enriching panels devoted to the issue of infrastructure and how to mobilize funding.
The discussions highlighted the innovative financing mechanisms implemented by Morocco, as well as the structural initiatives led by CĂ´te d’Ivoire and West Africa, particularly around large-scale projects such as the Abidjan–Lagos highway.
Beyond the technical aspects, the discussions highlighted promising prospects for cooperation between France and Africa, but also between Morocco and ECOWAS countries, based on complementarity and co-development.
The growing role of the private sector, development banks, and institutional investors in structuring and securing these projects is more crucial than ever.
